"The Company" is an interesting miniseries which showcases as rather unspoken part of American history dealing with the Cold War that started at the end of World War 2. The series chronicles major events in both the CIA and the KGB and follows up to the fall of the Berlin Wall. Jack McCauliffe (Chris O'Donnell) is an agent recruited right of college. Jack begins special agent position in Berlin working with Harvey Torriti (Alfred Molina) who teaches him all he needs to know. After a long run of sabotaged missions from Berlin to the Bay of Pigs incident both Jack and Harvey believe a double agent to be in the works. However the counterintelligence chief, James Angleton (Micheal Keaton) becomes ever more paranoid when both agents uncover evidence which just makes them all question who they can trust. In the end some are betrayed, eliminated and forced out of positions of power.
