The world of Timmy Robinson (K'Sun Ray) is quite different from ours, since his Earth went through a cloud of space junk and now there are scary zombies everywhere. Fortunately special collars issued by uber corporation ZomCom can control the disgusting undead, and Timmy finally has one for a pet, his Fido (Bully Connolly). But something goes wrong with Fido's collar and his zombie impulses take over and he eats a neighbor lady. Timmy doesn’t tell mom Helen Robinson (Carrie-Anne Moss) or Dad Bill (Dylan Baker) since he knows they will have a fit, but he does spill the beans to neighbor Mr. Theopolus (Tim Blake Nelson) who has a little secret about his own zombie secret that he'd rather keep quiet. Timmy must protect Fido because Fido has rescued him in the past but must deal with Fido's zombie urges, his father’s zombie paranoia, and not a little problem with Mom developing some special feelings for Fido. The creepiest character of all may be the ZomCom security exec who lives in the neighborhood.
