A thief finds out his best friend is in trouble when a botched robbery turns out to be the best score of a lifetime. Jack Tolliver was a Delta Force commando turned criminal and goes through with a huge robbery, the robbery goes horribly wrong and Jack's partner is taken hostage by the Russian mob. The mobsters want something that Jack took mistakenly from the robbery, a rare Van Gogh painting. Jack must team up with is arch enemy to save himself and his friend in this action packed movie.
